Sometimes you get a pick up group where the leader is afk for a long time... couldn't we get a kick the leader option after 10 or 15 min? Like a 4/5 vote would do.
This visits on the following:
- guild designated crafter
- keeping track of guild bank contributions (materials & runes)
Note: I will not be addressing items deposited into guild bank other than materials / runes.
The issue at hand:
I have not seen many threads on this subject through all my forum searching. But I think going into end game crafting, guilds are going to need a better guild bank ledger. The reason being is that some crafts take hundreds of runes and other expensive items to create an item just to gain level up experience points. It costs so much that the logical thing to do would be to designate a guild crafter. However, we do not have any game mechanic that keeps track of guild bank contributions? So there is no way to track which guild member contributes more to the cause. Making a guild officer keep track of the immense logs in a large guild is out right ludicrous. If Tera can address this issue, suffice to say it would be an mmo revolutionary feature in my book.
- root cause of the issue is that recipes past 300 on some crafts take so much material that soloing the craft at that point is implausible
Proposed Solution:
- designated guild crafters
---needs contributions from guild members to have the materials to go beyond 300 towards 410
What if there is a mechanic for g.bank that tracks the materials a member deposits with just adding or subtracting the amount of an item a member deposits or withdraw to their historical record for that item?
- Under guild bank log tab, we could have a display of the list of members who have accessed the guild bank via deposit or withdrawal. We can order the list by a number, this number is an aggregate of total materials deposited or withdrawn *, so this first birds eye view of your members just show how active in the g.bank each person is. The next drill down view....
- If we click on a person's name on this overall-standing list, it will bring up a display that shows a list of items that person has deposited or withdrawn from the guild bank. By each item will be a number *.
* That number will be red if they have withdrawn such item more than they have contributed by depositing such item. That number will be green if they have deposited such item more than they have withdrawn such item. The underlying math is simply adds/subtracts of such item starting from 0 when they first joined the guild.
...I feel like I've opened pandora's box...but I didn't want to voice a concern without offering some sort of solution or idea.

Long live TERA!
So what I have started to notice, and other players have confirmed, is that there is a significant decrease in drops that a party gets in dungeons if the party's level gap is above a certain point. I had a party for SM that the gap was 5, and then later 6 level differences. The drop rate for blues was zero. The only thing we got after doing 3 runs was the gold necklace from final boss.
Anyone else confirmed this? And if so, what the fine line is between no blues dropping and the level gap in a party is?

Problem I have ran into all throughout the betas is a party would send invite, and enter an instance, say SM, then feel silly because they forgot to reset it. So they reset, but I am the newcomer to the group so my cooldown gets reset and although they can re-enter the instance, I am stuck outside for one hour having lost my cooldown.
Proposed solution: Give us a warning. Some warning text on the confirmation window that pops up asking whether we want to enter the instance would be nice. Just something to tell us that the instance is saved and not fresh.
