Ive had multipleissues with them and their finance / accounting / subscription department. I've been overcharged, failed to cancel, resubbed, charged, failed to get game time, and most recently rwndomly had my game time reduced by a week....

They have fixed everything through their 'chat' feature onthe website, but it has taken a lot of hassle to do so, especially when the game was actually popular and had an hour snd a half wait time to chat online with a gm. Granted, theyve fixed everything, but i fully expect them to mess some other part of my sub up. I for one am very nervous about them having my financial data, and am wondering how i will remove it permanently from all of their databases when the day comes that i do quit. Hell, id rather remove it now to be honest, and just deal with chronoscrolls.

In short, all because your experience has been good so far doesnt mean everyone elses has.

Also, dont confuse the issue. I too have found the customer service to be helpful, friendly, and prompt. But the issue at hand is a financial one, and the way they are handling our money and financial data. That is quite serious, and in this regard I also contemplated reporting them to the BBB.


This T_T i knew I was not alone, I have repeatedly told them to erase my CC info just to be BS'd time after time, "they are working on it" I just gave up, blocked them and Digital River with the bank, i just hope their "commercial data security software" holds up the water when they get hacked, and our personal info gets stolen.

@HiFi Did i told anything about being difficult? i just asked if it could be done, but to answer you, yes for me its kinda difficult, post text is centered, avatars are generic, and the font used for user names is a serif which makes it a little more difficult to read, that' is in my case, so i read posts first names later.

Also ignore/hide contributes to keep a clean thread on other forums, if can't be done well i'll have to deal with it.
