I feel instead of Enmasse continuing to fight to make warriors more viable tanks ....

Make zerkers viable tanks
i know brace for the /trollface.jpgs and the like
But honestly have 2 stances like the warrior has in its current state
1 stances keeps them the way they are
2nd stance reduces the cd and increases the healing of vampiric blow and causes them to take less damage for each lvl of charge they are using at the current time
What im saying is durning the first lvl of thunder strike charge and while making it to the cap of the second charge they take like 10% less damage and at 2nd and filling up the 3rd bar they take 20%
maybe tweak the numbers a bit and obviously the 2nd stance would increase threat gen and maybe make there aoe fear instead cause max threat
also make it so they deal less damage with there charges but keep the overcharge damage and maybe make it higher in that stance to prevent zerkers from just sitting at rank 5 of thunderstrike charge all day for 50% reduced damage
Also make lethal strike a taunt
this is were you might go wtf mate why would you want an ability that cost health a taunt on a tank
it is for synergy and balance with vampiric blow
so you can use lethal strike alot for threat at the risk of durability and use vampiric blow to recover from it
This would also solve the lancer and zerker fighting over gear issue
If yall want expand on this i think it is a great idea
