If you updated your AMD ENGINE Vision Control Center and updated your profiles you prob got some FPS increase. AMD/ati has been doing great with patches/profiles ect. I cant for say for TERA because I have not been in it yet. I didn't pre-order TERA (yet) but with live streaming I been viewing the choice is close. Back to FPS check your AMD CC you should have 12.3 and it does come with AMD OverDrive. Check that out and up your graphics/processor with the auto tune.
And if you like more FPS take off the windows eye candy. (no point using ram resources when you're playing a game). Use windows classic or just right click on my computer>properties>Avanced system settings>click on performance settings>click box of adjust for best system performance. Use windows readyboost with a 4gb usb card. Run the game as admin. Run disk clean up / defrag your HDD(S). All the above steps could increase high-low with FPS.

Well all you're doing is feeding the QQers, complainer's ect ... with your complaning thread. Instead clogging up the fourms with the repeated thread just PM a mod. Posting here won't do you any good but get trolled, lol at and so on.
