if you enjoy a game that has less than stellar end game, then this is the game for you. Endless pvp grind basically for little to no rewards, pve is lacking well.. more like none-existent.

so try the 7 days trial and see if you like it, some people love some don't. That's just how it is.
how about adding some raid instances besides nexus...
welcome to the world of KR mmos, enjoy your brief and pitiful stay in the lime light en-masse, won't be long before you go free to play just like your predecessor aion.
Get over your elitist reasoning. Its like saying people can't look at you when you walk by them. If you don't want to know what other are wearing don't look, simple as that.
it's like your intentionally looking for conflict. Some people like to avoid fighting over mobs and some don't. You never know when you're going to run into someone who's going to harass the crap out of you.

Some people feel it's unnecessary to bother with this type of hassle and the channel is created for that purpose so everyone can get their quest done in a timely manner. Your personal preference for conflict shouldn't be impose on everyone else.
The crafting system is lifted from Aion exactly as is unfortunately (maybe one of the reasons NCsoft is suing BlueHole studio). It is expensive to level and unnecessary in terms of the money spent to level any profession.

Questing variety is pretty standard like you said, nothing amazing. Hopefully they plan for more interactive quests like the ones wow has (they do have a good selection of quest varieties).

Charge meter yes. It's kind of a manual casting bar of sorts for some classes that allow them to spend time further empowering an attack or opting to launch it in it's weaker form.

Thing is, if a class/ability doesn't use such a mechanic, it was specifically designed that way.

Ah thought charger meter is the same as a cast bar, would be nice to have not just for charging a skill. But I guess since there's no slew of interrupting skills in this game, a cast bar is rather pointless.

You're talking about animation realism in a "game" where you cast spells and is capable of resurrection after dying...

really?

Fantasy games need to have a degree of realism in them as a technique to help with immersion. If everything you saw in a fantasy genre was different an implausible in reality you wouldn't have anything to relate to, whether it be a feeling, a body shape or even as simple as the movement of a horse. An excellent horse animation for as long as you spend in game is a great way to feel immersed in the game.

That being said I think horses are fantastic in Tera, and while the instant turning on a dime is a bit extrinsic it does provide a strong user feedback for controls.

sorry man have to disagree. Fantasy is fantasy for the very reason that it is not realistic. We don't play a fantasy game for realism. as far as animation goes, I think the OP is just nitpicking. There's nothing with the horse animation.
I think there's going to be alot of updates in the up coming patch in Kr TERA if you goto Steparu, I think it's in the works if I remember right.
