Yeah you are probably too low level. Try to level up and you should either see something on the map or in your quest log.

The design is fine, but I hate not being able to change the background color + default fonts.

Submit a support ticket to tell them to take you out of the auto-renewal sub thing, I did it and they handled it pretty well.

This. I liked getting scrolls and crystals and powders. Didn't really care much for the pots.
Could have done it better to support alchemy. :/
But oh well, I'm glad they fixed the graphic glitch with the weird lights on some surfaces.
Supporting alchemy would have been removing pots from quest rewards and eggs instead of just removing eggs altogether. This isn't doing anything for the profession was already the only useful one in the game right now. Claiming it was to help alchemy is wrong on so many levels.
Eggs also gave crystals, scrolls (enigmatic/identify), charms, powders and respec tokens. Alchemy doesn't make any of those. I'm still waiting for the alternative to make these minion/poison crystals into something less useless.
I've yet to see an actual problem get fixed in this game. We're only been getting extremely minor database edits.

28. An alternative to the dark background. I hate dark backgrounds for the website. It makes it so difficult for me to read things.
