Leveling in a group 3+ is much faster than solo, I don't know the stats but I do know that those that grouped were leveling quicker than those that were solo in my guild. It was unanimous for everyone I talked to in my guild that groups were significantly faster. I suggest you guys try a 3+ group and compare to someone solo.

You saying to stop giving feedback on an ever changing game? You saying the game is already perfect? You saying the feedback is all in the wrong direction?

I never understand the logic behind these type of posts. Forums are for feedback and beta is the time for changes. If Ktera has changed so much in the past year who's to say it can't keep changing for NA version? Seems contradictory.

I don't pretend to know what EME has control over and what they don't. I do know that they do value the feedback. You are most likely right in that the game will be basically ktera translated but there are things I think could be tweaked to further improve the NA players experience. It's obvious to me the PvP system and ruleset is something they need to continue to work on and perfect.

There's a lot of feedback on these forums that I don't agree with but I wouldn't ever want them to stop posting. The more feedback the better.

Seeing as how they only went from 22-27 it would be odd for them to let us go to 37 all of a sudden. I could be wrong but I'm guessing close to 32 or so. I don't see them letting us get beyond the 30s for closed beta.
Ok with it so long as it is server only and does not teleport you. On PvP server.

I don't care what they implement on PvE server. Let PvE's have what they want and PvP's have what they want.

This game is about OWPvP to me. I want the people who are about to run a dungeon to have to run to the dungeon like it should be. If you are going to play on a PvP server then every once in awhile you need to leave town and be out in the OW and be susceptible to PvP. It's just how it should be, it will help keep OWPvP thriving.

The game is skill based, and skill does play a factor BUT It's pretty hard to argue that gear has an extremely big impact at these levels. The impact is greater then most other MMO's right now. If you disagree with this then you simply haven't done any testing on how much increase in dmg there is between each upgrade. It's quite absurd. If you don't have evidence of this then you should probably wait to chime in because trust me, it will be apparent to you soon enough.

In a 1v1 or even smaller scale PvP skill can shine and in some cases you will beat out better geared players because you were a better player. That said, in a 20v20 GvG battle or greater, individual skill decreases and gear comparison increases. Gear will outshine individual skill in group PvP more often than not. There are always exceptions but the main point the OP was trying, and what some of the other more intelligent people are trying to prove here is gear has far too much emphasis as is.

I don't understand the mentality to get defensive by throwing out absolutist ideas that counter the argument that gear has a major impact. The fact is it does, you cant argue with the numbers. If you want a skill based game other factors have to have less importance. As of right now gear outshines skill as a whole.
I like how almost nobody understood what OP was proposing and even 6 pages later people are being defensive about changes.

The fact is the archer playstyle in PvP is limited in what he can use. Smart archers are going to just spam their charge up shots as often as possible because they are their most effective shots.

The idea is to buff some of their other shots and tone down the charged shots so that the archer has more options.. I don't see why so many people are against this idea. I know I wouldn't be as an archer. Hmm, a class where I'm stuck using a few shots or a class where I can use my brain and decide on a multitude of shots that better suit the situation. If you like mindless PvP then sure, keep it the way it is.

The idea is not to nerf archers into the ground.. Nobody wants this and if you think people do you are retarded. People want things to be balanced and fun. As of right now being an Archer and using charge shot after charge shot is not fun. It may be fun for a month but just wait, the limited gameplay will get boring as hell.

I'm all on board for them making some of the archers other abilities more appealing in PvP. Tone down the skills that allow someone to two shot and give them a multitude of things to choose from in order to beat their opponent.
