/sign, spent 10 bucks to get useless intricate ID scrolls and some spellbind. I paid money to get the stupid gym clothes, not crap I can get in game already.
You come into here convinced that Nexus lag has absolutely nothing to do with server latency then expect us to prove to you that server latency is a factor in the problems with the Nexus? You are not here to be convinced, you are here to blow smoke up your [filtered] and bad-mouth others. There are legitimate reasons for the confusion between server and FPS lag, however, instead of one or the other the Nexus is caused by BOTH.
It is a horribly coded game and is also run on crappy servers. Also take note that North America is 3x as large as Europe and 100x larger than Korea. Not only do these servers have to go all that distance, the internet speed of most North Americans is not impressive.
I agree that the lag is mostly caused by the game but you cannot completely put the server out of the question, especially when many people in Nexus experience rubber banding and are something immobile for the entirety of it.

I'd say Lancer + Sorc. It is by far the best combination for getting things done quickly, maybe not in the BAM scene but questing will be a piece of cake. Once you get Fireblast at lv 26. All you need is for the Lancer to Challenging Shout, or just engage, make sure the mobs are in a general area and launch your Fireblast.
Obviously...Elins are the best for everything.
But seriously, my favorite is Elins for plate.

inb4 those bloomers will set elins back an extra 5 bucks.
And it makes sense that J/KTERA will get the cash shop item, since their enchanting has much more risk (items can be lowered in enchantment if it fails). EME is doing what they can to sate the anti-grind mentality of NATERA folks.

Tch tch leader, you know you want dem dual 690s
Nah, I already know that a better comp will only help marginally, at the very least i wont crash during nexus anymore. I just needed a new pc. My comp was 3 years old and needed an update badly.

1. In normal PvE probably, but in dungeons tanks are almost always insta-queued
2. Yes, with the new patch allowing warriors to block, it is now more viable for warriors to absorb tank for larger periods of time as well, though some people get annoyed by warriors since they have to move around.
3. Lancer-safer in most situations, often keeps BAMs in the same place for much of the fight. Fights go slower and they have to keep their aggro in check more often
Warrior - Possibly faster run time, keeps aggro much better due to DPS inflicted while tanking. It is significantly harder to master warrior tanking, hard to keep BAM in one place.

1. Depends on the situation. Archers are monsters at solo PvE, they can basically kite forever and do excellent single target damage. They get completely beat in the AoE department though. Alot of people don't like them, but its one of the easier DPS classes, b/c you are ranged and you dont need to memorize ranges like Sorcerer
2. Nope no character wipes
3. PvE is good if you don't like open-world PvP, though PvP servers don't experience alot of bullying max levels as far as I know. There is a dedicated RP if you like those kinds of things.

@OP, after watching the pre-alpha video on Slayers, I can tell you now, I prefer Slayers the way they are right now. Why? Because the thing on how Slayers were going to be the brute-force melee haven't disappeared, all that happened is that they funneled it to Zerks. So what do you think they should have filled up this void with? Look at the current state of the classes after adding it Zerks.
Warriors - fast, agile DPS
Lancers - slow, absorb-tank
Berserkers - slow, burst DPS
So what would allow Slayers to stand out from this crowd? You say they are an assassin type class, yet the stereotype is that the Warrior would be called an assassin type class, as it does little single-hit damage but does high damage overall. What does stunning have to do with assassin-association? I'll admit, Slayers don't need backstab, but other than that...Slayers are still a fighter type. However, if they hit too hard and too slowly, they'll be in direct conflict with zerks. All BHS did was take the core-values of Slayer as a damage dealer, and just injected a moderate speed boost into it. Their focus on knockdowns is still there and they still hit very hard.
So I don't agree with your analysis, Slayers are still a fighter-class, however, in an attempt to single them out from the other melee classes, BHS gave them too many moves that are devastating in PvP. Slayers are excellent at PvE but are pretty much broken in PvP (I play slayer, I don't like PvPing because I just get yelled at for being an OP slayer). In NA where PvP is a very large deal in MMOs, Slayers have caused problems. Things like backstab should go, though distant blade is nice to have, there are pvp balance issues so something has to be done about that.

Elins dance is original I believe, their idle dance is pretty similar to caramelldansen
