Hello all my friends .After 7 hours in the support line cue And two hours talking to a customer support person I have some information for you.

There are two Major problems plaguing people.

1. People weren't given the play time included in their innitional purchase of 30 days.
2. People outside of Ammerica cannot make an active subscription and get a failed attempt on their account page.

After a very long convo with customer support I have discovered they have a fix for both and are just waitinng to implement the fix.

My subjection is this though I am sure not everyone will want to wait 7 hours to get onto customer support those people who can't access their account call cs and get them to put 6 days play time on your account so you can play until they fix the issue.

The cs guy I spoke to was very helpful even though I was in a foul mood from waiting 7 hours.

After an entire day of trying to get a hold of CS to play Tera one of thier nice CS guys fixed my account until the properfix is in place.


I can play ... about time ........

For anyone else who is having account issues they do know about it and the CS guy said that they will apply the fix in the next 7 days ...

7 hours waiting in Cue.


CS canceled when i was in cue 1.
6 hours in Cue and down to 10th . Lets see if its 5th time luckey
6 hours in support Cue this is the 6th time i have be in contact with them. Down to number 10 now.
I AM still in the Cue

IT has been 6 hours and 45min 34sec now.

I am down to 18 .

And this is the 5th time this week all due to account issues.

I am currently posting on MMORPG /ONRPG and a few others this is unaceptable.

after spending 5 hours in live chat que just to get a has been canceled screen and after that spending 2 hours on the phone finerly hanged up because i dont feel like spending 100s of dollers for my monthly phone bill, if i cant get help or figure out whats wrong with my account in the next few days im giveing up on this game, great game though emmasse.

Edit: feels loads better now because they asked me to be a bit more paitence on facebook..


I am on support Cue for the 5th time............

And after the same sort of issues . If support dont give me my 30 days play and fix the subscription i will be contacting my Bank and having them get the monney for me.

I didnt want to result to this i really love the game but enough is enough and after they tried to take more monney from my bank account and gave me no time . I ahve been on support for 5 hours and finialy down to 50th in the cue.

I would say no ... If you ever have to contact Customer Support you will be waiting atleaste 5 hours , And thats if your subscription even works.
When you get onto customer Support they are great and do Help , Its the 5 hour Wait that i think is stupid.

Not all of us have the time to wait 5 hours to talk to a support tech.

The fact they keep posting the issue is fixed doesnt help thier case.
