syntheticsushi's Post History

Hello,

I am sure a lot of us faced this problem before where you end up with a retarded [filtered] as the leader of the party.. Enough is Enough.. ACHM has 6 hr CD and MC is once per day.. And those of us without a static cant help but pug it.. Feeders and inexperienced players are entirely another issue but retards like this need to be taken action upon.. Here's what happened,

Today I was pugging an AHCM with the following people:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Craing (tank), Priest.J (healer), Archer, NEAV (the douche from TR server)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Everything was going great and the tank had to leave for some personal reason and NEAV (castanic slayer female) is the lead and starts trolling us without re-queuing for the instance. He was pissed and did not want to wait in queue and would only queue if we found him a experienced tank from our friends' list. We offered to kick him if he did not want to wait because we wanted to go ahead and wait till a pug tank joined us. However, he refuses to pass lead or leave and in turn offers to kick all of us.

This immature spineless [filtered] wanted to take out his anger on us because of the tank. Also, he was afraid we were going to kick him because he only had a slumber jacket T12 on him..

I am sorry if this sounds as a routine story or QQ guys but most of us have a life, have to go to schools and jobs and have only a particular part of the day to have some Tera fun. And with huge CDs on queues we can hope to run 1 or at the most 2 HM runs per day. I think it would be really helpful if we could re-elect the leader by popular vote to avoid cases like these where we dont have to deal with psychologically degenerate people like this guy. This would increase the gaming experience a lot and also not waste people's time. It would also be great if we could have an honor and dishonor system where we can mark good and bad players based on the misconduct and leaving percentages.

I hope a GM takes note of this issue and this player.. I am sure he has caused lot of trouble like this to other players already.. and i recommend you guys to avoid this troll in HM queues..

Do +1 this so we can persuade a GM to take serious note of issues like these.

thank you !! and happy Tera-ing !!

We are also recruiting SLAYER dps. Must be geared, experience in HMs are a plus. PM Stabby or Soju in game! Thanks~
As the subject says, we are recruiting a late night (after 11pm or so) healer for hardmodes. Must be geared with enigmatics (or close to it). Experience in hardmodes preferred, but not required. Please PM Soju in-game and we'll talk and try you out.

Thanks!

Well, a lot of times it could save my life and crystals. Prime example is in Fane of Kaprima, where Kaprima would randomly selects a target and throws a red circle around that player, and that circle is homing. Best way is to dodge is to move til the red circle stops for a split second, then to teleport out.

This involves the player to hold down the WASD key, and sometimes it rubberbands me right back into that circle of death. Frustrating frankly.

Another example is in Balder's Temple, where the last boss would also randomly selects someone and shoots a huge lazer beam. He will turn and follow you as you move til a split second where he will launch the beam. A few times I would rubberband right back into that lazer.

A few scenarios doesn't allow us to stand and let go of WASD to use the skill. We need to constantly be moving =/.

I personally dont use teleport jaunt on hardmode dungeons because of the rubberbanding to escape on all those scenarios you listed. Instead i've learned to use backstep to get out of them. Works better and less animation so you can get out of it faster.
Leixia only stalks awesome people.

Thanks leixia and leixia's friend for the bump ^_^

Lei you still a stalker
For the last boss of Balders? Our first down of Balders, all of our dps including me had +9s and acc crystals (i think) We also used a lot of consumables and we barely killed him before it went completely dark. That is with kd's happening and interrupts. Basically the fight has to be nearly perfect with no deaths/mistakes or pause. Our fight last night went better after wiping a couple of times but we eventually downed it our 3rd or 4th try. Just make sure dps and tank are trying to stun and position good when he hits his aoe in the ground else you'll be hitting the enrage timer. He starts his enrage by the way at 35% and not 30%

+8'd because my group was nice to give me all the t13 fodder we had from farming fane before. I failed alot of times as well.

We finished it last night again but sadly no t13 enigmatics dropped. Just 3 fodder for me.

After first boss the rest is easy (except for green kuma, which had alot of attacks with no tells for melee classes. For ranged you just have to get out of his blink jump) up until the last where of course, it's a dps race.

Red kuma is easier to have than the green, but we have killed them both as well.

Our healer stacked up Mutinous Cruxes to survive the one hits enough to be able to heal himself right after.

RE: I should refer easy as.. we've done it before and are used to positioning and boss tells. The blue kuma is hard, we've wiped there several times on our first try. And we still do wipe at times if we're not careful. I suggest watching youtube videos of fights of each boss before venturing to them. The rest is just doing the fight yourself and getting comfortable with it.
