i got the preorder beta code from GS. put it in and now i dont get the collectors items no need for a screenshot.

can anyone clarify why i have not received the new items that i got when i preordered the CE from game stop? if anyone has some knowledge in this please let me know.

so did most of the ppl do the digital download and get there mount instant? or did some buy it from other stores and get it?
