I hope they can get it in place before the release of May 1. I have never heard of any game that does not allow for guild vs guild wars even on PVE servers. This is a first.


You clearly have not played many mmo's
Normally pve servers have very limited pvp on them ( thats why they are pve servers).
Games i have played tht did not have gvg on pve servers.
eq
eq2
daoc
warhammer
rift
world of warcraft
swtor
IMO the only pvp thot should be allowed on PVE servers are battle ground type of zones.
PVE servers are for PVE not pvp!
On a related note, we’re working to make it so that guilds will be able to declare war on each other regardless of server ruleset.


That part has me very worried.
I plan on being ona pve server and if their is not a way for guild members to opt out of gvg on PVE servers then its a game breaker for myself and i am sure i am not alone in that.
PvP on pve servers should be the players choice not the guild leaders choice.
No not joining a guild is NOT a option!

So long as, on a PvE server, both guilds must agree to the "war," then it's fine. That's how PvE servers work. There is still PvP on PvE servers, but it is consensual between parties.

It needs a little more than that. Every player should have the opt out option some where in the settings. PvE servers are suppose to be personal choice to pvp or not. Not guild leaders choice!

and what do you mean it doesnt effect me? How will I find such quick groups when no one says 'LFM SM need tank' when everyone else has an easy button?


Well then that would mean your clearly in the minority if you could not find anyone the old way.
I highly suggest you use your guild and friends list to form your groups the old way.

Your statement is a prime example of the minority wanting to hold back the majority!
Just give players a op out button on the interface.
As long as we have that checked we can roam free anyplace we want.
It is a pve server i should not be limited on what zones i can go to because of not wanting to be in pvp!

Yea so the subject says it all. Lets let the Devs here at EM know that we WANT GUILD VS GUILD on PvE realms. We are not Koreans, and while we roll pve server so we don't get gang [filtered] every 30 seconds while questing, we would still like to enjoy guild vs guild pvp. Thanks!!! POST AWAY!


I would be fine with gvg svs on pve servers as long as I am still the one with the choice to flag or not to flag.
My guild leader or guild officers should not take the choice away from me.

I should be the only one who can flag me for pvp play NO one else!

So far EME has said nothing other than they are working on it.
Pretty sure i read a recent interview where eme said that we will be getting a fully functional cross server lfg tool.
i fully support a rift/wow type of cross server lfg system!
Pretty sure i seen a interview where they stated that tera would have a fully functional lfg system by release.
Yes to porting. yes to cross server!

With out those 2 things i will not be playing the game!
Please add the word anal to the filter. For hours last night all i seen in chat was anal linked item.
