What happened:
Village Atlas missing. It is not located on any character, account bank, nor item claim. Active Elite Status subscription. I can now confirm that this happens EVERY month, and that this bug has not yet been addressed or resolved.

***UPDATE*** (Wednesday 08 2013): Elite status items arrived in Item Claim. This shows that anyone with a MULTIPLE month Elite subscription should expect to be without Elite status items the day of (and the day after) the items expire. THERE IS NO CONTINUITY for multiple month subscribers. All subscriptions and the purchased Status/Items are based on a 30-day timer.

**Update: The Village Atlas was delivered to my Item Claim the day AFTER it expired and disappeared. The expiration and delivery times of Elite Status items do not overlap, so it is possible for an interruption of usage while awaiting the late delivery of the paid subscription items.
