Changes to enchanting as they stand are horrible, i myself am half korean and have played ktera for around a year.
While i can understand where eme is coming from removing the "frustration" they are also removing the amazing feeling of getting to +12!! , its not just about the money or time... its about risking a level and the possibility of losing one too!
To be honest the best idea i have seen so far are levels of safety, eg once you are +3 you can not to go +2, again at 7 and 9.
The problem i see is this: tera is NOT meant to be a casual game! maxed gear SHOULD NOT be common. Unlike many western mmorpg's where maxed stats and a cookie cutter build is the normal, players with maxed gear in tera should be fear and far between.
