I can understand damage reduction in PvP, as priests will be prime targets in battlegrounds, but not to this extent. They are already extremely difficult to kill, with high resistances, high HP, and high self healing. If anything, I believe the mystic and priest values should be switched.

I honestly this nerf is really unnecessary at least for NM. I don't know about HM, but I imagine it was unnecessary there as well considering it's called Hard Mode for a reason.
Auricadis' laser (especially on NM) can be stopped with a simple stun or just running away and Kaprima has a long delay between the slam and the spin. The hardest part is observing the small differences in animation for double slam, slam/spin, and slam/aoe.
