the forums are for the community. it is our place to gather and talk.

you post on the forums and you are talking to US, not EME.

EME will post in threads at their leisure and often times aren't even being helpful.

you have many other options to initiate direct contact with EME and get a response to your problem.

instead or in addition to those things you decided to talk to us as well.

how you manage to think that you WOULDN'T get these kinds of responses is a mystery. leading me to think you knew full well and are just trolling, or an angry belligerent douchebag.

nobody cares that you got banned. no one here can help you. most probably think you deserved it and got a laugh out of it. your apparent displeasure at the situation is just lol icing on your carefully prepared idiot cake.


Of couse I know nobody cares and no one here can help.
I just wanted to express my anger to EME.
And I knew some people will just laugh at my being mad.

About WOW, they temporarily banned my account due to my first name and last name spelled the same, so they think it was a fake name while it's my real name.
It's just that americans are too arrogant to try to understand different names and cultures.
Their mentality is that if I can't understand something, it's your fault.

After calling WOW support, they immediately lifted the ban.

Relax take a deep breath ... I never accused you ,just said you had some really bad luck or doing something over and over that is getting the same result. (Definition of insanity). Maybe the same applies here and you need to clear it up with eme.

A word of advice do not go all school yard and start calling names or assuming anything about a whole race of people (I am far from arrogant) That just makes you look more guilty, nor do I need an ethics lesson from you cause you assume I am American…..I never accused you but you have to admit you either have the worst luck in a video game or you are doing something to get their attention.

Now if your done being defensive, if you did not want accusations and people pointing out things to you to cause you to get all butt hurt from the smart asz remarks that you know will ensue. I would suggest not posting your personal business in the forums. You are smart enough (I hope) to know what type of feedback you would get from here. Wait the 2 hours in line and clear it up or post in here and get called a gold farmer and be troll bait.

As for wow, I have said that it had nothing to do with suspected gold farming. OK? Don't keep mentioning gold farming. That's not what I said.

As for what others will say, doesn't matter to me.
I have quit. Once I get an answer from EME about this matter, I won't be here anymore.
Whatever said is irrelevant to me.

Had a chat with support. They said someone will review the ticket and contact me. No specific reason is stated why the ban.

I have cancelled my subscription. Anyway, no matter the ban gets lifted or not, I am not going to keep playing.

But I am just curious the reson behind it. Could it be that they thought my registered name was fake like wow did?

To those why don't like my post, please ignore it and enjoy your game.
My post is meant for EME to read.

I pre-ordered Tera and as of yesterday working hard to enchant my gear, only to end my journey in such a way. The guy above reminded me of wow which I unsubscribed in similar way.
Guess it's my fault to play on American servers.
I never encountered any problem playing on other countries' servers.

BTW, that post of mine didn't say WOW thought I was gold farmer. I just stated they wrongly banned my a/c. Don't lie.

This is a question to EME and desire to express my anger.
I just want to why?

I just tried to logon to Tera but couldn't. Then logged my account on this web site and found my account labled as "Permanent Ban".

EME, what the hell is your problem?
Why did you ban my account?
I didn't break any policy.

I was pre-order customer and never broke any rule and policies.

I have been grinding mobs to accumulate gold to enchant my gear. Is it that make you think I am a gold farmer or what? I just don't understand why the hell you guys ban my account without any reason?
The notice says pvp server is down for 1 hour, but actually it's 2 hours. It was 2 hours last week as well.
Confusing message.
The announcement said PVP server maintenance was one hour.
Well, it's been almost 2 hours and server is stilld down!
